The U.N. and the U.S. have different "Blueprints" for the Syrian War

UN chief says world should be ashamed at failure to end the Syrian conflict, now in 5th year - Published June 30, 2015 Associated Press

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon says the world should be ashamed that three years after major powers approved a blueprint in Geneva to bring peace to Syria the suffering of its people is reaching new depths.

The U.N. chief said more than 220,000 Syrians have died in the conflict, now in its fifth year, almost half the population has been forced to flee their homes, and civilians still face attacks by barrel bombs and "horrendous" human rights violations including torture and prolonged detention of tens of thousands.
Ban stressed in a statement Tuesday that "it is time to find an exit from this madness."
He said the U.N. Security Council, which has been deeply divided over Syria, and the international community must not waste more time in ending the cycle of violence." - <>

Since 2013 the U.S. Blueprint has called for this Current Bloody Conflict

Senator Lindsay Graham called for this second war among Islamic radicals.  Watch this amazing 9 minute video to learn what American strategic planners had in mind all along.

U.S. Blueprint included ISIS and instability in the Middle East, just as the U.S. has brought chaos to Egypt, Libya, and to most of Northern Africa.  This 2nd war-by-design just happens to be slaughtering Christians and is intent on destroying all artifacts that portray the history of the western world.  Has the U.S. lost control of the blueprint?  Or, is this what was planned all along.  The wimpy military response of the Atlantic forces surely points to the latter.  Maybe Ban Ki-moon should review this C-SPAN video and decide which blueprint is being implemented.
